Payment

We accept credit and debit card payments on all purchases. All credit and debit card payments are processed via the PayPal secure shopping cart service. Other payment options are available via PayPal. Payment by credit or debit card will get you the fastest despatch and items cleared through PayPal will normally be shipped on the next business day depending how busy we are.

You do not need to register with PayPal to make payments.

UK buyers are welcome to pay by UK bank personal cheque or UK Postal Order payable to QUIKKY GAMES at our postal address which is:

Please drop us a note with your cheque specifying which items you are ordering and giving your contact details for shipping - if possible, please email us to warn us that your order is on the way. The bank clearing process takes a minimum of 4 business days, so please be patient. Your purchases will be shipped as soon as your cheque has cleared in our account.

VAT
We are not currently registered for VAT.

Returns
If you have any problem with an item you have purchased, contact us straight away and we will do our best to put things right. We are in business to be successful - customer satisfaction is important to us - without it we won't survive. We try to be as open and honest as we can with our product descriptions. We include dimensions and a detailed description of our products so that you know what to expect. We also make it clear when colours or other factors may vary according to availability and you are always welcome to contact us before buying to check before you commit.

Damaged Items
W
e take as much care as we can when packaging our items but sometimes you may receive something that has suffered during its travels. If your item arrives damaged, keep the item and the packaging it arrived in. Contact us within 24 hours of receipt and tell us what has happened. We may ask you to return the item with or in its original packaging and on receipt we will inspect the item. Subject to inspection, we will provide a replacement item as soon as possible. If the item is no longer available, we will offer an alternative as a replacement or we will refund the purchase price.

No-shows
Sometimes things do go astray, so if you have not received your item after a reasonable time, contact us and we will see if we can track it down. Subject to our efforts at tracking the item down, we will provide a replacement as soon as possible. If the item is no longer available, we will offer an alternative as a replacement or we will refund the purchase price.

Not what you wanted
We appreciate that not everybody will always be happy with the item they have purchased. You have a 7 day "cooling off" period in which you may return the item you have purchased. If you don't like what you bought, let us know as soon as possible what is wrong and we will do our best to put it right. If you want to return an item, contact us within 7 days of the purchase date. If we agree to accept the return, we will ask you to return the item together or in its original packaging within 7 days of our agreeing to the return. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and providing it is in the same condition as when we shipped it, we will agree to refund the purchase price and advise you accordingly. The refund will be paid either by cheque or as a refund via PayPal depending how the original purchase was made. If for any reason you are unable to meet the timetable described above, contact us so that we can arrange something otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the refund. If the item is returned damaged, obviously used or incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of our policies.
